Clarsskin Shipping & Returns
All standard shipping will be via USPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Shipping charge will be calculated upon checkout. Shipping charges will vary by the quantity/weight of the product. All orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise indicated. Due to certain circumstances there may be times where delays occur. Clarsskin.com does not guarantee an exact shipping date. There is no shipping during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend and national holidays are usually shipped the next business day. We do not ship International Orders or to Hawaii or Alaska.
Clarsskin.com's goal is to ensure that we get your orders right. Wrong or damaged orders can be corrected by contacting one of our customer support representatives at 1.888.219.2123.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return or exchange an unopened product within 7 days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for returning the product in resellable condition and for all shipping charges. However, you will be credited shipping charges relevant to that item if wrong item was shipped. Please maintain the shipping receipt for your records. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 7-14 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. Please send an e-mail to info@Clarsskin.com to request an Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA) and we will handle everything else.
Items not purchased from Clarsskin.com cannot be processed as returns.
Refund notifications will be sent via e-mail once the returned item has been received and processed. Please note that shipping costs are refunded only if due to error on the part of Clarsskin.com.
Only unshipped items can be cancelled.
